Renate Mowlam

Renate Mowlam is a com­ic artist and civ­il engi­neer from Vien­na. Renate draws comics that explain ill­ness­es and their treat­ment, as well as comics on gen­er­al health top­ics. She also draws com­ic strips about behav­ioral sci­ence and sci­ence in gen­er­al. Her draw­ings have been pre­sent­ed in books (f.i. “OFF the BLOB” about menopause), brochures and exhi­bi­tions (f.i. NEXTcom­ic fes­ti­val in Linz, Art Action Atti­tude at the Med­ical Uni­ver­si­ty of Vienna).
